Membrane: A thin pliable film separating the inner environment from the outside world. These four artists met in San Francisco during a particular moment within a particular bubble that was exploding with creative collaboration. After individually moving on to navigate new geographies, queering and stretching the edges, they now come together to engage with this membrane and share works.

Cutter Photozine was a documentary photo magazine founded by Heather Renée Russ dedicated to featuring people telling their own stories and documenting their own existence. Cutter Photozine sought to undo a traditional voyeurism of the "other" and placed the power of sight in the focused home of the author.  Cutter Photozine was edited by Sara Seinberg, Donna Dolore, Rachel Styer and Jesse Rose Roberts.
